Roberto Marquez has been an attorney since 1987. He has been developing
his skills for nearly twenty years. In 1984 he received a BA in Political Science at Chico State. In 1987 he received
his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific / McGeorge School of Law. He was a member of The Traynor Society (Scholastic
honor organization) and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award as top student in constitutional law; First Amendment
class).
He was licensed in 1987. He then spent one year with a private attorney,
and over five years in the Yuba County D.A. office. He returned to private practice in 1995, specializing in criminal law
and personal injury.
